Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay when you receive your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders in Karachi are delivered in 1–2 working days. Other cities take 3–5 working days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over PKR 5,000. Below that, a flat PKR 200 delivery charge applies.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return any unused product in its original packaging within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Are the products covered by warranty?
Most electrical products come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty. The warranty period is listed under “Specifications” on each product page.
